Gotta go mow the yard, fix some bikes and wait for the guy to give an estimate for a leach bed! At least it's sunny today and we saw some awesome meteorites last night!

What I learned this summer (and other musings)

What I learned at Hard Knocks U. this summer so far:
1) Don't use the newer "whitening" toothpaste if you have sensitive teeth. After a half bottle of ibuprofin over a week's time and finally a trip to the dentist, all I needed to do was just go back to the regular toothpaste;
2)When traveling back from Michigan (to see good friends, Greg and Carol,
and their little dog Mollie too), I learned that you either a) need to carry at least $105 in cash or; b) have the accident near an ATM machine to post "bond" in a traffic accident scenario! Otherwise they take your license away from you, (but only if you are from out of state! )And no, the police do not accept credit cards. The laughs and conversations were worth the trip however!!!!

And in other news:
a)Amy, after today, you will no longer have to ask Jon your standard question!
b) I always did like Satchel!
